Photographing a precious new life is one of the greatest honors I have in my business. I love the beauty and freshness of a new or expanding family, and capturing that singular moment in time. I would be honored to capture this amazing moment in time for your family as well!
Newborn sessions take place in my home studio in The Meadows, Castle Rock. The studio is spacious and comfy and allows for several backdrops, as well as access to my large collection of hats, accessories, props and blankets. Every item I use is well maintained, clean, and safe. I practice extreme safety with my babies and work diligently to ensure every pose is safe and perfect. I have extensive training in newborn posing and safety and will care for your baby as I have my own.
When you book your newborn session I simply put your due date in my calendar, and then when baby arrives we’ll schedule your session for sometime in the first 2 weeks of baby’s life for the session. Newborn sessions usually last 2-3 hours, as we take breaks for feedings, changing, and soothing baby. I provide a detailed session guide to help you with planning your perfect newborn session. Please schedule your appointment before baby arrives as I tend to book up weeks if not months in advance.
